If you are like me, you hunger for helpful insights into the word of God.  I live for them, in fact!  They do not need to be huge, earth-shaking insights - just helpful, accurate, and real.  I saw a reference to one today that I thought you might enjoy.  In Luke 12:55, Jesus makes reference to a south wind that brings scorching heat.  This is a common weather phenomena even today in the land of Israel.  Check out the link to this brief article that gives helpful insight into this passage, as well as a few others...
